WHEREAS (1) Salim Abdalla Ahmed, (2) Basra Abdalla Ahmed, (3) Amina Abdalla Ahmed, (4) Abdulhakim Abdalla Ahmed and (5) Abdulsalam Abdalla Ahmed, both of P.O. Box 97568-80112, Mombas ain the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1145 acres of thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXII/138, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
