REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Yunis Mahmood Darr and (2) Tariq Mahmood Darr, both of P.O. Box 30160, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.026 hectares of thereabout, registered as C.R. 18997/1, known as L.R. No. 12889/8, situate in Kilifi Town in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
