REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Susan S. A. Waruguru Kahumbu and (2) Paula Gathoni Kahumbu, as administrators of the estate of (1) John Francis Kahumbu (deceased) and (2) Rosaline Mary Kahumbu (deceased), both of P.O. Box 24844, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.2034, hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 3173/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as CR. 15909/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said a certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shalt issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under provision of section 33(3).
