NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2835, in Volume DI, Folio 51/514, File No. MMXxXIl, by our client, Elijah Keen Naini Bazu, of P.O. Box 45— 00209, Loitokitok in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elijah Keen Naini, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elijah Keen Naini and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elijah Keen Naini Bazu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elijah Keen Naini Bazu only.
