THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Warui Muciri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all thoat piece of land containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwea/Ngucwi/377, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 254 of 1999, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Pilisila Wanjira Muriuki (ID/2895369), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Jand registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Pilisila Wanjira Muriuki (ID/2895369), and upon such registration the Jand title deed issued earlier to the said Warui Muciri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
