WHEREAS Siminkei ole Somok (ID/6114710), is registered as proprictor in absolute ownership interest of al] that piece of land containing 42.55 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ntashart/1412, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
