NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December, 2021, duly executed and segistered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1180. in Volume DI, Folio 793/1529, File Nu MMXX, by our client, Hassan Malicha Guyo, formerly ‘nown + Umuro Malicha Uassun, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use cf his former name Umuro Malicha Hassan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Malicha Guyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hassan Malicha Guyo only.
