Box 88673—80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known us Matano Salim Chengo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Matano Salim Chengo and in Jieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chengo Salim Chengo, fot all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Chengo Salim Chengo only WANIJIRU CHEGE & COMPANY, Advocates for Chengo Salim Chengo, MR/3235388 formerly known as Matano Salim Chengo.
