WHEREAS Francis Opaka Opisa, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.8 acres or thereabout, known as East Bunyore/Ebunangwe/592, situate in the district of Emuhaya, and whereas Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in succession Cause No. 146 of 2017, has issued letters of administration in favour of Grace Ochango Were, and whereas the said court kas executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in favour of Grace Ochango Were, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Francis Opaka Opisa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
