GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1792

WHEREAS Paul Kimemia Njenga (ID/22894378), of P.O. Box 214, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 7/1951, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas investigations conducted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions ODPP/NVS/ADV/5/ Vol. 2 (16) of 13th August, 2021 in Nairobi has determined that Mary Wairimu Mwangi (ID/13453891), of P.O. Box 1500, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, has never transferred ownership of the parcel to any person at any time and is atill in possession of the land title deed issued to her on the 26th February, 2015, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid obyection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate Mary Wairimu Mwangi with her title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Kimemia Njenga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
