THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Wangui Thumbi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Nyeri/Ngaringiro/543, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 628 of 2013, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to George Thumbi Wangui, as an administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objectidn has been received within that period, I ittetd to dispense with the production of the said land title deéd and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmissitn documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said George Thuttibi Wangui, as an administrator and beneficiary, and upon such fegistration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Wangui Thumbi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
