REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kakamu Kirika (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.90 acres or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Dagoreti/Mutuini/411, situate in Nairobi District, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi vide succession Cause No. 2779 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Florence Njoki Kamau and (2) Samuel Kangari Kamau, and whereas the said court has excecuted an application to be registered by transmission LRA. 39. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued therefore has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA 39 in favour of (1) Florence Njoki Kamau and (2) Samuel Kangari Kamau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kakamu Kinka (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
