WHEREAS (1) Aasiyabanu Mohamed Saleem Goralwalla and (2) Nooreara Badurdin Alladina Khamisa, both of P.O. Box 41330-80 100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. Mombasa/Block/XXVI/452, flat No. 1—4th floor-Block F— Ist Tower, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no cbjection has been received within that period.
