No. 337/596, situate in Athi River in Machakos District, by virtue of a grant registered as ILR. 38167/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice 1s given that after uc expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a pro. isional certificate of title provided that no objection has be. * received with’ that period.
