Box 5131-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya,formerly known as Morris Peter Mutuiri M’Ituruchiu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Morris Peter Mutuiri M’Ituruchiu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Morris Mutuiri Mituruciu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Morris Mutuiri Mituruciu only. MORRIS MUTUIRI MITURUCIU, MR/3231845 formerly known as Morris Peter Mutuiri M’Ituruchiu.
