THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bernard Kigotho Maina and (2) Daniel Kamau Maina, as the administrators of the estate of Ruben Maina (deceased), and Mwangi Gakunri, of P.O. Box 1576-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/213, situate in Eastleigh in the City of Nairobi, by virtue of a indenture registered in Volume N3 Folio 461/20 File 461, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
