WHEREAS James Aberi Makworo, of P.O. Box 86, Isebania in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.04, 0.13 and 1.68 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kuria, registered under ttle No. Bukira/Buhirimonono/729, 1276 and Bukira/Isebania/571, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost. notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
