WHEREAS Daniel Kanrwuki alias Daniel Kariuki Huhi (deceased), of P.O. Box 77, Kirtaini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc.14/Kiru/524, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 302 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Simon Ngunjiri Maina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed. notice 1s given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Simon Ngunjiri Maina, and upon such registration the land ttle deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Kariuki alias Daniel Kariuki Huhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
