NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st December. 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 84, in Volume B-13, Folio 2162/18121, File No. 1637 by our client, Humphrey Kajia Rimba Mwachiru, of -P.O. Box 413-080109, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Humphrey Rimba Mwachiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Humphrey Rimba Mwachiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Humphrey Kajia Rimba Mwachiru for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Humphrey Kajia Rimba Mwachiru only.
