REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBN 971Q, Toyota Corona, to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Toyota Dial-A- Part Limited, situate along Limuru Road, within the proximity of Two Rivers and Ruaka within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice upon payment of KSh. 568.724, repair costs, storage charges and legal costs failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty after the requisite gazette notice.
