REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Annah Maseke Bwiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.37 hectares or thereabout, known as Bugumbe/Mabera/1409, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Migori in succession cause No. E200 of 2019, has issued letters of administration to Shadrack Keroro Maseke, and whereas the land title deed issued to Annah Maseke Bwiru (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, | intend to dispense with the production of the said and title deed and proceed with registration in the names of Shadrack Keroro Maseke, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Annah Maseke MR/3252473 Dated the 4th March, 2022.
