REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Mubadi Isaya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of Jand containing 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Sabatia, known as North Maragoli/Kisatiru/1039, and whereas the High Court at Kitale in succession Cause No. 179 of 2012, has issued letters of administration in favour of Karuhi Rachel Muhadi, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the iand title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the applicant to be registered as proprictor by transmission RL. 19 in favour of Karuhi Rachel Muhadi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Henry Muhadi Isaya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
