WHEREAS Mutarrangia ole Landoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.209 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Loitokitok/Kimana Tikondo/3700 and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kajiado in succession Cause No. 201 of 2016, has ordered issue of letters of administration to Susan Naipei Kaleyia, to be registered as administrator, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card has been lost. notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
