GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2464

WHEREAS Victor Mwangi Kanyingi (1D/5943563), of P.O. Box 341, Lari in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.227 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/1457, situate in the district of Naivasha, whereas has been determined that Jane Grace Wanjiru Mwangi (1D/8280073), of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha, has never transferred ownership of the parcel to any person at any time and still in possession of the tittle deed issued to her on the 22nd August, 1987 together with all original documents of allocation of this parcel from Mirera Suswa Farmers Company, whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate Jane Grace Wanjiru Mwangi (ID/8280073) with her title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Victor Mwangi Kanyingi (1D/5943563) on 12th October, 2005, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
