THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jefitha Mobu Kiruchi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all thoat piece of land containing 0.485 hectare or thereabouts, known as Inoi/Kiaga/198, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 62 of 1992, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Nicholas Kibuchi (ID/9186598) and (2) David Njiru Kibuchi (ID/1214409), and whereas all effoits made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Nicholas Kibuchi (ID/9186598) and (2) David Njiru Kibuchi (ID/1214409), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jefitha Mobu Kiruchi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
