WHEREAS Simon Mwaura Mburu, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of ail that piece of land situate in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. Kilifi/Vyambani/510, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
