WHEREAS Esther Njeri Mwangi (ID/21688154), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2770 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Gilgil/Karunga Block 1/1939, and whereas sufficient evidence: tas been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that aiier the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that nu objection has been received within that period, Dated the 4th March, 2022.
