THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Meali Binti Athman and (2) Mwanakombo Binti Athman, as tenants in common in equal shares, both of P.O. Box 90696, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 1.8 acres or thereabout, known as plot No. 129/ILI/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 4331/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate ot title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
