WHEREAS Skeya Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 48020- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold of ail that piece of land containing 0.0609 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. L.R. No. 946/2 Watamu, situate in Malindi Municipality, in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 55890 , and wherees sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been Jost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (6)) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
