NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Marytrida Ndunge Mutunga to take delivery of assorted households items from Nyali Golf View Residence, Nyali, Mombasa, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed agamst accrued charges/costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owner’s credit but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereof Dated 28th February, 2022.
