REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Enock Kiplagat Chumba, of P.O, Box 95, Burnt Forest in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 6/287, situate in the Uasin Gishu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
