REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michael Gtkundi Kamau and (2) Mercy Mumbr Kamau, both of P.O. Box 83904-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0265 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 7793/I/MN situate im Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 23041, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
