WHEREAS Dodhia Packaging Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 42751. Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 209/4261 and 209/4262, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a sub- lease registered as IR. 193559, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said sub-lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of ttle provided that no objection has been received within that period.
