REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pina Waithira Kamau. of P.O. Box 10364-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, 1s registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/1224, situate in north west of Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 71864/1, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Machakos ELC OS No. 9 of 2021 vested the property upon Pina Waithira Kamau and ordered the Deputy Registrar to execute a transfer in her favour. and whereas the orders of the court together with the transfer have been duly registered, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
