TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2021 By Stephen Ochieng Ooko, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John William Onyango Ooko alias John William Onyango, who at died Voi along Nairobi-Mombasa Highway, on 127th March, 1989. CAUSE NO. 314 OF 2021 By Alfred Odull Ongawo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogecha Mzee alias Ongecha Mzee, who died on 15th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2021 By Erick Otieno Oduor, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ooko Oganga, who died at New Nyanza Hospital in Kenya, on 24th August, 1975. CAUSE NO. 359 OF 2021 By Plister Aluoch Musira, of P.O. Box 49, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Musira Mayamba alias John Musira, who died at Simur east Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2010. CAUSE NO. 360 OF 2021 By Joseph Radin Oguda, of P.O. Box 58, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Masawa Oguda alias William Musawa Oguda, who died on 11th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 361 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Ochieng Matanga, (2) Anna Anyango Wagumba, (3) Tobias Odhiambo Oduor and (4) Antony Ouma Ochieng, all of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, grandchild and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matanga Achieng Nyagwa, who died on 17th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
