TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CaUuSE No. 155 OF 2020 By Caroline Mukhale Manye, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Chibwoje Mughabi alias Joseph Chiboje s/o Mughabi, who died at Muhudu Sub- location, on 23rd July, 1977. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2021 By Francis Galo Muhunami, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Ihiro Khalahwa alias Andrea Ihiro, who died at Jeptulu Sub-location, on 8th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
