TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made mm this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 oF 2022 By (1) Samuel Mwanzia Musyimi and (2) Dishon Muema Musyimi, both of P.O. Box 287, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Musyimi Ndambuki, who dicd at Kilome Sub-location, on 6th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this tespect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
