TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Timothy Kitonga Mue and (2) Luka Kimilu Mue, both of P.O. Box 295-90131. Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mue Mungalu, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 1988. CAUSE NO. ES OF 2022 By Joseph Mutuku Musembi, of P.O. Box 1210, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Musembi Mutua, who died at Isinga, Machakos, on 25th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
