TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2021 By Kamau Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1906, Embu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Muranga, who died at Mbeti Location, Gachoka, on 10th May. 1981. CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Syombua Nthenge and (2) Joseph Kiilu Nzinga, both of P.O. Box 56-60105, Karaba, the deceased’s niece and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Ndeve Nzinga, who died at Musingini Village, Riakanau, on 2nd January, 2011. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2022 By Flora Nyokabi Gachii, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gachii Karua, who died at Kihoya, on 25th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. ES OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Njenga Mungai and (2) Sela Syombua Mungai, both of P.O. Box 197, Siakago, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Mungai Kangethe, who died at Modesty Medical Centre, on 24th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By James Muiruri Gakuya, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoki Migwi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital, on 9th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
