CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2021 By Helenia Kina Karu, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karu Kithaka alias Karu Kithaka, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 1980.
