CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2021 By Joseph Muchoki Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface kamau Gicharu alias Kamau Gicharu Kabubii, who died at Njora, on 29th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2021 By Francis Kimani Ngahu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ngugi Ngahu alias Ngugi Ngahu, who died at Jika Eburru, on 4th October. 2011. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2021 By (1) David Kibagio Maina and (2) David Machua Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Maina, who died at Gacharage Location, on 20th December, 1965. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2021 By Jane Wanjiru Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gacheru Mwangi alias Peter Kimani Mwangi, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2009.
