TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2021 By (1) Richard Nyaega Omambia and (2) Loice Moraa Omambia, the deceased's brother and sister, respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oscar Amenya Omambia, who died along Eastern Bypass, on 16th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
