E116 OF 2021 By Tom Ochieng Bens, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Okech Onyango, who died at South Ratta, on [Sth September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2021 By Dickson Wasuna Ominde, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackobo Ominde Ogony, who died at Marera, Kisumu East, on 2nd July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
