Box 1052, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s wife and son respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maseki Kyanui, of Isinga Sub-location, who died there, on 24th November, 2000. CAUSE No. E274 OF 2021 By Stephen Kavita Maleve, of P.O. Box 98-01027, Donyo, Sabuk in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Munini Maleve, who died on 9th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Nthenya Uku and (2) Liza Mutio Uku, both of P.O. Box 70749, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Wavinya Uku, who died at Kilimani, on 18th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E] OF 2022 By Boniface Sila Kathathi, of P.O. Box 1050-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katela Kathathi, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 6th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
