TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Martin Masika Kanena., of P.O. Box 114, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kanena Mucharu alias Anena Otela, who died at Bunangwe, on 25th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2021 By (1) Evans Wanyonyi Kwoma and (2) Emmanuel Kimungui Kwoma, both of P.O. Box 66-50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Wanakhoba Kwoma, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
