TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2021 By John Ndung’u Macharia, of P.O. Box 42-0020, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Wachera Macharia, who died at Kajiado, on 2nd May, 2009. CAUSE No. E111 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Munyao Mulandi and (2) Peter Mullandi Muange, both of P.O. Box 340, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mulandi Nzivo, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
