TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 150 OF 2021 By (1) Agnes Kina Ndwiga and (2) Roseaned Marigu Paul, both of P.O. Box 1, Karurumo, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndwiga nyaga alias Ndwiga P. Nyaga, who died at Karurumo RHTC, on 16th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2021 By (1) Agata Muthoni Njeru and (2) Grace Wanja Kathomi, both of P.O. Box 80, Karurumo, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justin Kathiomi alias Kathomi Phinihas, who died at Kathunguri, on 17th September, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gacette.
