TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E448 oF 2021 By (1) Charles Kiarie Njeri and (2) Pauline Muthoni Njeri, both of P.O. Box 1076-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's children, through Messrs. Wamaitha Ndungi & CO., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phylis Njeri Kiarie, who died on 4th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E449 oF 2021 By Mary Wariko Njuge, of P.O. Box 6991-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Wamaitha Ndungi & CO., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njunge Thairu, who died on 14th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
