TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Omeno Oduka and (2) Joseph Ohuru Ojuku, c/o P.O. Box 1-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Oduka Ojuki, who died at Hongwe, on 15th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2021 By Julius Baya Chengo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baya Mwaro, who died on 28th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
