TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 217 OF 2021 By (1) Lawrence Kazungu Kitsao and (2) Onesmus Katana Kitsao, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Mwachinga Iha, who died at Mjanaheri, on 25th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. 219 OF 2021 By Patrick Ngonyo Mtune, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Ngala Mtune, who died on 16th May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
